the hotel grounds were so beautifully manicured that it truly felt like an escape. the friendly staff made the stay comfortable, plus free parking was a nice touch.

the best western had a great outdoor pool area to relax in. the location is super convenient, with shops like target and dining options within walking distance. the staff was friendly and helpful, making breakfast enjoyable with a good selection of food.

the room had a slight smell of dampness that wasn't ideal.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, so I slept pretty well. It was nice having the pool view. Minor upkeep like dated carpet was noticeable, but overall it felt cozy. The layout was practical, and I appreciated the fridge and microwave for snacks.

This Best Western exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptional, accommodating my early check-in needs after a flight from Philadelphia. The hotel's ambiance offered a sense of relaxation, reminiscent of a Caribbean resort. The rooms and pool area were well-maintained, and the proximity to shopping and dining made it convenient. Overall, the cleanliness and comfort were top-notch.
